Terms of sale

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms apply to every purchase on power.oleviax.com. By buying, you accept them.

1. Seller

Oleviax (sole proprietorship, trading as Novalyth)
42 rue Tauzia, 33800 Bordeaux, France
SIRET: 811 132 422 00031
Email: [email protected]

2. Products

We sell digital products, delivered as downloadable files:

The products are educational and for personal growth only. They are not psychological, medical or legal advice and do not replace a professional.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment is made by card or wallet (such as Apple Pay) through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

4. Delivery

Right after payment, you are taken to your private download page, and you receive a receipt by email. Your download links stay active for 30 days after your purchase: please save your files on your device. If you have any problem, write to [email protected].

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download starts, when you have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose this right (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). By completing your purchase, you request immediate access and accept this.

This does not affect our 14-day action guarantee.

6. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the products for yourself. You may not resell, share, copy or publish them, in whole or in part.

7. Liability

Results depend on each person and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for decisions you make based on the content of the products.

8. Personal data

See our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, contact us first at [email protected]: we will look for an amicable solution. You can also use a consumer mediator free of charge (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). If you live outside France, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
