What we collect and why
- When you buy: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, country and order details, but never your full card number. Purpose: deliver your order, send your receipt, handle refunds and keep accounting records. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.
- When you join the VIP waitlist: your first name, email, country and the date. Purpose: tell you when coaching spots open. Legal basis: your consent. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Advertising measurement: we use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads (page views, button clicks, checkouts, purchases). This can involve cookies, your IP address, your browser type and, for purchases, your email and country in hashed (encrypted) form. Purpose: know which ads work and show them to the right people. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
- Technical data: our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser data to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Who receives your data
- Stripe (payments): stripe.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms (ad measurement): facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding): cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: 10 years (French accounting law).
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years without contact.
- Meta pixel cookies: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy (portability) and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: the CNIL in France (cnil.fr), the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the authority of your country.
Cookies
We use the Meta pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) for ad measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
