14-day action guarantee. Do the 7-day practice. If you've truly put it into practice and see no change, send us your completed exercises within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

Complete the 7-Day Shadow Integration Practice included in your pack.
Within 14 days of your purchase, email [email protected] with the email address you used to pay and your completed exercises (photos, scans or typed answers).
We reply within 3 business days. Once approved, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

When a refund is not possible

The request arrives more than 14 days after purchase.
The completed exercises are not included.

Technical problems

If a file does not open or a link does not work, write to us: we will fix it or send you the files again, at no cost.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. See section 5 of our Terms of sale for the right of withdrawal.
